1RK Yamaha TZ250 powervalve holder / bush. This part has been discontinued for many years and is hard to find. New stock, part number: 1RK-1131E-00. This fits a range of Yamaha two-stoekes using the gullotine powervalve design, TZ250 from 1986 through to 2002, TZ125 1990-99, TZR250-SP 1993-5 etc. Please check parts book to be sure it's what you need.
