3XV Yamaha TZR250 R engine #9

Yamaha TZR250 3XV v-twin engine, pistons and bores look clean when viewed up the exhaust ports, but we haven't been able to turn this over by hand. This may be a foreign object that's fallen into the crankcases, old fashioned rust or just dry from storage - whatever it is, we don't like to force the engine. So it's being sold as needing a rebuild. Comes with manifolds, reeds, kichstart. We can supply the rebuild parts at cost, or indeed a new SP crank if required.
