NF5 Honda RS250 cylinder, looks to be either new old stock, or has been treated to new nicosil in Japan. Please see photos, there is a little roughness on the top of the cylinder head mating surface. NB. Please ignore the NX5 red writing in the photos, we made a mistake - this is NF5.
